Google adds two new models for creative makers to the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform. According to the company, the models are aimed at better and faster image generation at lower prices.

Google adds two new models to its Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform: Nano Banana 2 Lite and Gemini Omni Flash. Nano Banana 2 Lite is primarily focused on speed. According to Google, the model can generate images in just four seconds, compared to Nano Banana Pro and Nano Banana 2, which already promised high speeds. Gemini Omni Flash, on the other hand, focuses on high-end video and audio generation. Furthermore, the models support C2PA content credentials and SynthID watermarking to ensure authenticity.

Nano Banana 2 Lite

According to Google, the new Nano Banana 2 Lite model is “the fastest and most cost-efficient image generation and editing model within the Nano Banana model family.” For instance, the company claims Nano Banana 2 Lite can generate an image in four seconds. Furthermore, it is possible to generate and iterate on design concepts in seconds.

The model maintains character identities across multiple fast generations, which is useful for tools like storyboard software or virtual try-ons in e-commerce. Additionally, the model can render legible text directly within fast generations, simplifying the development of local ad variants.

Gemini Omni Flash

In addition, Google introduces Gemini Omni Flash, a model that allows users to integrate video generation and editing directly into their own applications. The model enables users to swap characters, relight scenes, or adjust camera angles using natural language, all while preserving the original audio and video tracks.

Furthermore, Gemini Omni Flash combines text, images, and video as input, generates native audio with every video output, and maintains consistency across characters, objects, and style. Gemini Omni Flash is available in public preview.
