Philips Monitors Launches 5k Monitor for Colorful Creations

Philips Monitor

Philips Monitors introduces the Brilliance 27E3U7903, a 27-inch monitor with 5K resolution and Thunderbolt 4 connectivity. The model is aimed at designers, video makers, and other content creators who work with high color accuracy.

The Philips Brilliance 27E3U7903 features an UltraClear 5K UHD resolution (5120 × 2880) with a pixel density of 218 PPI. This makes the screen particularly suitable for graphic work where detail and color reproduction are important. The monitor supports 99.5 percent of the AdobeRGB color space and 99 percent of DCI-P3/Display P3. The brightness meets the DisplayHDR 600 standard, ensuring a wide dynamic range.

Color-critical Work

The monitor is Calman Ready and supports automatic color calibration. This allows the user to quickly and accurately adjust color settings to professional standards. According to Philips, this makes the screen suitable for applications such as color grading, 3D design, and photography. The IPS panel is finished with anti-reflective glass with a hardness of 7H, which helps reduce glare without compromising brightness.

In addition to image quality, the monitor offers various features for more efficient work. A built-in Smart KVM allows for quick switching between two connected devices. Thanks to the MultiView function, users can display content from two sources simultaneously on the screen.

Connectivity

The Brilliance 27E3U7903 is equipped with dual Thunderbolt 4 ports, including 96W Power Delivery. This allows devices to be connected and charged via a single cable. The built-in 5MP webcam supports Windows Hello and automatically adjusts via AI auto-framing, ensuring the user always remains properly in frame during video meetings.

For user comfort, features such as LowBlue Mode and Flicker-Free technology are integrated. The stand supports height adjustment, swivel, tilt, and pivot rotation. The recommended retail price is €1,159 including VAT.
