Hexaware Technologies, a technology service provider for cloud, data, and automation, is acquiring CyberSolve. With the acquisition of this security company, Hexaware aims to add identity and access management to its portfolio.
Hexaware Technologies is acquiring CyberSolve to further expand its capabilities in identity and access management (IAM) and AI-driven cybersecurity. The two companies are joining forces with the aim of helping organizations modernize their identity management and automate security processes.
Hexaware is not a security specialist but a globally active technology player specializing in business process services. Like many other companies with a broad offering around cloud, data analytics, SaaS, and software, Hexaware has also decided to claim that AI is at the core of its activities. In the context of the acquisition, Hexaware says it wants to use AI for process automation and risk reduction. In practice, however, it seems that Hexaware mainly wants to expand an existing broad range of IT support with identity management.
Worldwide Experience
To that end, CyberSolve is the appropriate party to incorporate. CyberSolve has nearly ten years of experience in identity programs, with over 230 specialists and more than 650 implementations worldwide. The company works with more than twenty IAM partners in sectors such as healthcare, financial services, retail, logistics, and government. The integration with Hexaware should lead to a more uniform approach to identity management.
CyberSolve retains its operations but now functions under the Hexaware banner. The combined teams are focusing on solutions that improve identity security, facilitate compliance, and accelerate migrations. The companies expect their joint approach to help organizations simplify security and access management.
Hexaware has recently been expanding its portfolio significantly. In September, the company acquired Replit, which specializes in vibe coding (asking AI to code).
