Team.blue expands its European network with the acquisition of Saleskit, a specialist in B2B data and lead generation. The deal strengthens team.blue’s position in Central and Eastern Europe and enhances its AI-driven data enrichment.
Team.blue, the Belgian parent organization of Combell and others, announces the acquisition of Saleskit. The Czech company offers tools for lead generation and data enrichment in a B2B context. With previous acquisitions of Shoptet and Macaly, Team.blue has built a strong presence in the region.
The Saleskit platform will coexist in harmony with Leadinfo, the Dutch company that also falls under Team.blue. Both companies focus on data-driven sales solutions for SMEs. Further details regarding the acquisition have not been disclosed.
Tour of Europe
With the acquisition of Saleskit, team.blue continues its expansion into Central and Eastern Europe. Following the acquisitions of Shoptet and Macaly, this strengthens the company’s position in the region. Saleskit adds a thousand customers and fifteen years of expertise to the portfolio.
Team.blue is currently on a tour of Europe. The company once started modestly in Ghent with the founding of hosting provider Combell, but today it is present in 22 countries. Recent acquisitions took place in Eastern Europe, as well as in the south with, among others, Peppol specialist B2BRouter.
By combining Saleskit’s expertise with team.blue’s existing solutions, customers gain access to a more extensive offering. This strengthens team.blue’s position in the B2B digital sales solutions market. The combination of Saleskit and Leadinfo is intended to provide companies with the tools to further optimize their sales processes.
