HP expands its hybrid work portfolio at ISE 2026 with new wired Poly Mission USB headsets, a VideoOS upgrade to Android 13, and a BYOD setup with the Poly Studio V12 and a Thunderbolt 4 dock.

At Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2026 in Barcelona, HP launched several audio and video products tailored for hybrid work and meeting rooms. The main announcement concerns new Poly headsets, which are designed to excel in reliability. Furthermore, HP highlights a platform update for video solutions and showcases a BYOD setup that can connect to a room via a single cable.

Wired Headsets

The new HP Poly Mission Series steals the show. The series consists of three new wired USB headsets: the Poly Mission 400, 600, and 800. The 600 Series uses two noise-cancelling microphones. The 800 Series features four microphones and active noise cancellation. The HP Poly Mission 400 devices do not have active noise cancellation.

The new headsets are designed to earn their place in hybrid work environments, where reliability is highly valued. “Wired headsets are popular in critical environments where not a single word can be missed,” explains HP’s product marketing manager Jonathan Missetzis during a demo at the ISE booth. “There is also demand for these devices in call centers.”

HP has certified the three headsets for Microsoft Teams and Google. “From now on, there will only be one model for each headset, with all the necessary certifications,” Missetzis clarifies.

A few other details stand out when we briefly try out the new headphones. The HP Poly Mission 400 is simple but, above all, very light. The Poly Mission 600 weighs a bit more but also looks more premium. For example, these headphones have lights that indicate when someone is on a call. Finally, the Poly Mission 800 is also visually the most premium of the three.

The three headphones feature replaceable ear and head cushions. “When an employee leaves, you can quickly install new cushions,” Missetzis demonstrates. This feature is intended to extend the lifespan of the headsets.

The HP Poly Mission 400 and 600 Series will be available in March. The 800 Series will follow in April. HP has not yet shared Benelux prices.

Android 13

HP is using ISE to highlight an upgrade to Poly VideoOS 5.0. The manufacturer is bringing the platform to Android 13 for HP’s Studio video solutions. The upgrade brings improvements such as camera framing, AI noise blocking, multi-mic audio mixing, and faster touch controller performance.

The update also forms the basis for VideoOS 5.1 with automatic camera switching via DirectorAI multi-camera. HP also refers to support until 2032 and a path towards Android 17. VideoOS 5.0 will be available in February 2026.

Poly Studio V12 and Thunderbolt 4 180W G6 Dock

At the exhibition, HP is bundling a Poly Studio V12 videobar with a Thunderbolt 4 180W G6 Dock to connect BYOD rooms via a single cable. The system provides laptops with access to display, camera, microphones, and speakers, while simultaneously charging. HP positions it for Windows, Mac, and Chromebooks. Remote management is handled via HP Poly Lens.
Both products are available. HP primarily aims to emphasize integrated simplicity here.

Finally HP also announces HP Dimension with Google Beam, based on Google Beam (formerly Project Starline). This is a more futuristic solution where you can hold a video meeting with a conversation partner displayed in 3D.
