Acer expands its Aspire AI series with six new Copilot+ laptops of 14 and 16 inches, equipped with processors from Intel, AMD, or Snapdragon.
The Aspire devices from Acer support local AI functions such as Recall and Click to Do to make collaboration more efficient and increase productivity.
Choice of Three Processor Platforms
The laptops come in various configurations, depending on the chosen processor platform. Models with Intel Core Ultra processors combine energy-efficient performance with support for local AI applications. These laptops also include Intel Arc graphics cards, intended for photo editing and content creation. AMD options are equipped with Ryzen AI 300 processors, based on the Zen 5 architecture. These are designed to enable better AI processing with lower energy consumption. The Snapdragon versions run on the new Snapdragon X chips and are aimed at mobile users thanks to an integrated CPU, GPU, and NPU.
All models are Copilot+ PCs. This means they support exclusive AI features such as Recall (preview), Click to Do (preview), and enhanced Windows Search. Additionally, Acer provides its own applications including AcerSense, LiveArt 2.0, PurifiedView 2.0, and PurifiedVoice 2.0. These tools are designed to make video calls, content creation, and file management more efficient.
Equipment and Availability
The laptops are available with screens up to OLED resolution, 500 nits brightness, and VESA DisplayHDR TrueBlack 500 certification. Each device has up to 32 GB LPDDR5X memory and 1 TB PCIe Gen4 storage. They support Wi-Fi 6E or Wi-Fi 7 and are equipped with multiple USB Type-C and -A ports, HDMI 2.1, and MicroSD card readers. Touchscreens and biometric security are optionally available. All models are EPEAT Gold certified and come in fully recyclable packaging.
The first models will appear in June on the EMEA market. The starting price is 899 euros for the 14-inch model with Snapdragon X. Models with Intel and AMD processors will follow from July or August, with prices starting from 999 euros for the 14-inch versions and 1,099 euros for the 16-inch models. In Australia, the laptops will be available from the third quarter of this year.
