Acer Expands Its Offering for Creative Professionals with a New Range of ProCreator Monitors, Portable Displays, and Compact Projectors
The ProCreator monitors from Acer are Calman-certified and offer high resolutions, color accuracy up to Delta E<1, and support for professional color profiles. The new monitors are aimed at professionals such as photographers, designers, and video makers who need accurate and consistent color reproduction.
Focus on Color Precision and Creative Workflows
All displays are compatible with Acer Creator Hub, software that allows users to switch between color profiles such as sRGB, DCI-P3, and Adobe RGB. With features like ‘Color Calibrator’ and ‘Split Screen’, users can further optimize their work environment.
The ProCreator PE320QXT is equipped with a 6K display (6016×3384), while the PE270XT offers a 5K resolution (5120×2880). Both models cover 99 percent of the AdobeRGB and DCI-P3 color spaces and achieve Delta E<1 color accuracy. They are VESA DisplayHDR 600-certified and feature touch functionality and built-in 8 MP webcams for videoconferencing.
The PE320QK X offers a 4K UHD QD-OLED display with a refresh rate of 240 Hz and a response time of 0.01 ms (PRT). This monitor supports both AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and NVIDIA G-SYNC Compatible technologies. The portable PE160WU has a 16-inch OLED panel with WQXGA+ resolution, Delta E<2 accuracy, and a refresh rate of 120 Hz.
New Portable Displays for On-the-Go Flexibility
In addition to the fixed monitors, Acer also launches three portable models. The PD163QT and PD243Y E feature Full HD resolution and a flexible hinge mechanism that can fold up to 315°. The PD163QT offers touch control, while the PD243Y E has a refresh rate of up to 100 Hz. Both models support Acer VisionCare technology.
The PM191Q E is designed with portability in mind, featuring an ultra-thin profile, adjustable stand, and overclockable refresh rate of up to 100 Hz.
The displays will be available in Europe during the third quarter. Prices range from 149 euros for the PM191Q E to 1,399 euros for the ProCreator PE320QK X.
