UniFi launches its first uninterruptible power supplies with two models: a rack-mount version and a compact tower.
Ubiquiti introduces UPS devices within the UniFi ecosystem for the first time. The manufacturer presents two models: the UPS-2U and the UPS Tower. Both solutions integrate with UniFi Network and are aimed at protecting critical IT infrastructure. The entry-level model, the UniFi UPS Tower, costs 145 euros including VAT, while the UniFi UPS 2U costs 250 euros including VAT.
Two Models
The UPS-2U is a rack-mounted unit with a capacity of 1.44 kVA and eight protected outlets. The device features a replaceable 216 Wh battery, surge protection, and support for software management via UniFi Network.
The UniFi UPS Tower is designed for smaller deployments, such as offices or edge environments. This version has a more compact design and offers basic protection against power outages and voltage spikes. Both models can be integrated with UniFi OS and the UniFi Network application.
