Microsoft gives Recall a visual update. The new start screen allows for easier navigation through recent screenshots, apps, and settings.
Microsoft adds a new start screen to Recall, the controversial Windows 11 feature that records everything you do on your PC. The new start screen should make it easier to navigate through recent screenshots. The current interface of Recall contained nothing more than a timeline that you had to scroll through manually or with a search bar.

New Start Screen
The renewed interface shows, among other things, some featured recent screenshots. Perhaps the most useful part is on the right side, where Recall shows screenshots of the three applications you’ve used most in the past 24 hours. On the left, you’ll find a new navigation bar that takes you to the timeline and settings.
With new functionality, Microsoft is trying to promote the acceptance of Recall. Earlier, it announced an export function to share Recall screenshots with other users. Since its announcement a year ago, the feature has been under fire. We too find Recall more creepy than useful at this point.
