Google is rolling out a new feature that provides an overview of all your subscriptions, allowing you to easily manage them.
Google introduces a tool that helps keep your inbox organized by providing an overview page of all subscriptions. This feature is not entirely new, as the “Manage subscriptions” page was already spotted in April. Now Google is announcing the new tool itself in a blog post, with the company stating that the feature is now being rolled out to Android and iOS “in certain countries”. It’s not yet clear which countries exactly are involved.
Clean inbox
To unsubscribe from the many emails you’re subscribed to, you can click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of the email. However, the list of subscription emails can quickly grow, making this action require more work. For this, Google developed a new “Manage subscriptions” page, which provides an overview of all emails related to subscriptions.
In just a few clicks, you can unsubscribe from the emails you’ve selected. The feature will appear by clicking on the navigation bar in the top left corner of your Gmail inbox and then selecting “Manage subscriptions”.
Google announces that the tool is now being rolled out to Android and iOS users, who will receive it on July 14 and July 21 respectively. Google also emphasizes that the feature will be available in “certain countries”. Which countries exactly are involved remains unclear.
