That’s what’s going on right now. Due to a change in Chromium 131, users are having problems highlighting and copying text.It concerns websites that use the CSS framework Tailwind. A fix has already been offered by Tailwind, but not every affected site has implemented it yet.

Invisible copying

Due to a change in Chromium 131, several Web sites that use Tailwind as their CSS framework are having problems copying and pasting text. On these affected sites, it is still possible to copy and paste text, only you don’t get to see what you selected. On some sites, copying and pasting does not work at all.

Meanwhile, Tailwind has updated its CSS tools and shared a fix via X, which should be implemented by affected sites. Moreover, it is not clear how far the problem extends.
