Adobe is making its AI video generator generally available to everyone. In addition, the company is adding two new subscription packages to Firefly AI.

Adobe’s AI video generator is now available in public beta to everyone. The tool can be tried out online via the revamped Firefly web app. This video generator allows users to generate five-second 1080p video clips. In addition, Adobe is releasing two new subscription plans for its Firefly AI.

AI video generator

Adobe’s AI video generator is powered by its generative AI Firefly video model and allows users to generate 1080p videos with a frame rate of 24 frames. In its announcements, Adobe provides some examples of videos it says were generated in less than 90 seconds.

The video generator can create both text-to-video and image-to-video. This means users can have both text-based and image-based video generated. Furthermore, you can refine the video by selecting certain styles, camera angles or movements.

Adobe’s AI video generator tool was already announced last year, competing with OpenAI’s Sora model. Sora was released last year, but is not yet available in Europe.

Firefly subscriptions

In addition, Adobe is introducing two new Firefly subscriptions. These include credits to spend on Adobe’s Firefly models. The standard subscription starts at 11.17 euros and offers 2,000 credits monthly, which is about a maximum of 20 five-second videos. The Pro version, on the other hand, includes 7,000 tokens and starts at 33.54 euros. This allows users to create up to 70 five-second 1080p videos.
