The Adobe Experience Platform Agent Orchestrator, try saying that five times in a row, offers companies the ability to orchestrate AI agents. The goal is to allow AI agents to communicate directly with customers and support daily tasks within Adobe applications and external ecosystems. This new product is based on the Adobe Experience Platform, which helps companies integrate real-time data and insights to improve customer experiences.

Ten AI Agents for the Price of One

With the Agent Orchestrator, companies can design and manage AI agents that operate based on a deep understanding of the data, content, and customer information within the organization. The new tool enables the delivery of data-driven customer experiences. Adobe introduced ten pre-built AI agents that help companies manage tasks such as improving websites, generating content, and refining audiences.

  • Account qualification agent: Supports B2B objectives by evaluating and promoting new opportunities to build the sales pipeline and engage key members of a buying group.
  • Audience agent: Analyzes cross-channel engagement data to create and optimize valuable audience segments, which can then be activated for large-scale personalization campaigns.
  • Content production agent: Helps marketers scale by generating and compiling content based on a brief, taking into account predefined brand guidelines
  • Data insights agent: Simplifies and expands the process of deriving insights from signals within an organization to visualize, predict, and rectify customer experiences.
  • Data engineering agent: Supports large-scale data management tasks such as data integration, cleaning, and security.
  • Experimentation agent: Enables teams responsible for personalization initiatives to explore and simulate new ideas, conduct impact analyses, and connect with applications to drive active experiments.
  • Journey agent: Enables teams to efficiently orchestrate cross-channel experiences by driving tasks in ideation, analysis, and optimization of customer journeys.
  • Product advisor agent: Supports brand engagement through product experiences tailored to individual preferences and past purchases.
  • Site optimization agent: Provides continuous support to achieve high-performing brand websites by automatically detecting, recommending, and resolving issues to increase customer engagement.
  • Workflow optimization agent: Achieves productivity gains and supports cross-team collaboration by monitoring the status of ongoing projects, streamlining approvals, and accelerating workflows.

Another tool within Adobe’s AI agent platform is the Brand Concierge, which uses text, voice, and image interactions to support customers in making purchase decisions. The Brand Concierge can be deployed in both B2C and B2B contexts. With these new tools, Adobe aims to enable companies to improve and personalize customer experiences at scale.
