Adobe introduces CX Enterprise Coworker, a solution that deploys AI agents to orchestrate customer experience workflows.
Adobe is launching CX Enterprise Coworker during the Adobe Summit in Las Vegas. This tool brings together data, content, and decisions from various systems to enhance personalized experiences. CX Enterprise Coworker builds on the Adobe Experience Platform and applications such as Real-Time CDP, Customer Journey Analytics, and Journey Optimizer.
From campaigns to customer engagement
CX Enterprise Coworker is built on open standards, including Model Context Protocol and Agent2Agent. The solution monitors signals, recommends actions, and executes experiences across multiple channels in real time, based on predefined goals. Adobe emphasizes that human oversight remains important.
The tool integrates with AI platforms from Amazon Web Services, Anthropic, Google Cloud, Microsoft, and OpenAI. Adobe is also collaborating with Nvidia to integrate the Nvidia OpenShell secure runtime and Nvidia Nemotron open models, specifically for sectors with strict regulations.
New intelligence layer
Adobe is simultaneously introducing a range of new products. Adobe Engagement Intelligence is a decision engine focused on customer lifetime value. Adobe Journey Optimizer Loyalty delivers personalized, gamification-based experiences linked to loyalty status.
Adobe CX Analytics provides a unified analytics layer that connects customer journeys, content, and data across all touchpoints. Finally, Adobe is expanding Real-Time CDP profiles to include unstructured data alongside structured data.
CX Enterprise Coworker will become generally available in the coming months. The solution is designed to work within Adobe applications, third-party platforms, and custom-built interfaces.
Adobe recently launched Firefly AI Assistant, which is intended to automate workflows between Adobe apps. Canva also introduced a revamped AI platform that allows AI agents to orchestrate entire workflows.
