The switch supports Jumbo Frames of 12 KB and IEEE 802.3x flow control. These features help process large files more efficiently and reduce packet loss. In addition, with a total capacity of 100 Gbps, the switch can connect multiple devices simultaneously without delay. Built-in loop detection prevents network problems by automatically blocking looped ports.

Easy installation and energy-efficient design

The QSW-3205-5T operates without additional configuration. Thanks to the Auto Negotiation feature, the switch automatically detects the optimal speed for connected devices. Users can use existing Cat 6 network cables to set up a 10GbE network, saving time and cost.

The switch’s compact desktop design makes placement in small spaces easy. Passive cooling ensures quiet operation with no fan noise. In addition, the device features energy-efficient technology and meets low electromagnetic interference standards. Qnap is targeting use in offices and home environments with the switch.

The switch is available through authorized reseller of Qnap products.
