With these, they can develop applications that use artificial intelligence within HR and financial processes. AI agents
A central component of the new toolset is the Agent Gateway. This allows developers to connect external AI agents to the Workday Agent System of Record launched earlier this year. The integration enables collaboration between agents and ensures streamlined registration. Partners can also offer their agents through the Workday Marketplace. Customers can then choose agents that fit their specific needs.

With AI Widgets, developers can integrate personalized AI functionality into their applications. Think of AI support for automatically answering questions or guiding users through recurring tasks.
