SoftwareOne has completed the acquisition of Crayon and is now starting the merger of both companies.

SoftwareOne has completed the acquisition of IT software and consulting specialist Crayon. This officially initiates the merger process of the two companies. Since January this year, both companies have been preparing for the integration. The first trading day of the merged company will take place on the Euronext Oslo Børs.
