Jimber and Amotek announce a strategic partnership in which Jimber adds cybersecurity expertise to the Amotek Stack.
The two Belgian companies Jimber (cybersecurity) and Amotek (AI) are joining forces. While Amotek focuses on developing digital solutions and AI applications within their Amotek Stack, Jimber brings knowledge in the field of network security and cybersecurity solutions. According to the CEOs, this complementarity provides added value for both companies and their customers.
Amotek acquired Vendorvue this month, a Ghent-based AI-driven platform for compliance management.
Cybersecurity in Amotek Stack
Until now, Amotek did not have a specific department for cybersecurity. Through the partnership, Jimber’s products and knowledge are incorporated into the Amotek Stack. This stack works like a kind of Lego set, where customers can flexibly choose the building blocks they need without having to start from scratch every time. Amotek remains responsible for sales and marketing, while the technical cybersecurity expertise is provided by Jimber.

“We protect companies with 50 to 1,000 employees with user-friendly, innovative, and affordable cybersecurity solutions,” says co-founder and CEO of Jimber, Kristof Van Stappen. In doing so, they compete directly with major American players. Through the partnership with Amotek, they can now position their products as a European alternative.
The integration within the Amotek Stack means that cybersecurity is now a standard part of the digital solutions offered by Amotek.
