Belgian IT service provider ConXioN becomes the first official implementation partner of Legalfly in Belux. The partnership makes legal AI within Microsoft 365 more accessible for companies.
ConXioN and Legalfly announce a strategic collaboration. ConXioN will directly implement the Legalfly AI solution for organizations in Belgium and Luxembourg. Legalfly is designed for internal legal, compliance, and procurement teams. The application integrates with Microsoft 365 tools such as Word, SharePoint, and Outlook. This allows users to deploy legal AI within their familiar work environment.
AI and contracts
The AI supports, among other things, contract analysis, compliance with company policies, and risk assessment. According to Legalfly, organizations can perform contract reviews up to 80 percent faster thanks to automated extraction and real-time suggestions. The solution uses more than twelve specialized AI agents to take over repetitive tasks in legal processes.
Security and ease of use
Legalfly emphasizes data protection. AI only processes information after it has been anonymized. This should help organizations combine the use of AI with high privacy requirements.
The partnership with ConXioN responds to the growing demand from companies for reliable AI applications within existing systems. ConXioN has experience with Microsoft technology and has been supporting organizations with the deployment of digital workplaces for some time. From its Customer Experience Centers in Waregem and Mechelen, the company now also aims to deploy legal AI more broadly.
