ConXioN Group expands its position in Flanders through the acquisition of Integreat, a specialist in IT infrastructure and business software. This acquisition strengthens local roots within educational institutions and local governments with an integrated ecosystem.
ConXioN already had a strong presence in West Flanders, but is now consciously choosing more intensive local roots. The group aims to better respond to the needs of school boards and local governments, where decisions are made autonomously and digital projects have a direct impact.
Integreat will continue to operate under its own name, but with the added expertise of ConXioN. The management and team remain active, ensuring continuity for customers. The combination of sector-specific software solutions and advanced IT services is intended to provide better and more efficient support.
Local roots
According to Terah Lamont, Powered By Director at ConXioN, it is essential as an IT partner to understand what is happening within educational and governmental organizations. With Integreat, a powerful synergy is created between local presence and supra-local strength. According to the company, this should ensure a direct and positive impact on citizens, students, and employees.
Integreat’s software portfolio, including solutions such as Wings and B-WISE, is being expanded. At the same time, ConXioN is focusing on AI-based automation for stable and efficient infrastructure management. This creates a total solution that integrates IT infrastructure and business software within a single ecosystem.
Strategic growth
Stefaan Missiaen, General Manager of Integreat, emphasizes that the trusted approach will be maintained. However, the collaboration with ConXioN provides access to more innovation and expertise.
Koen Verbeke and Bart Bultinck of Integreat explain that standardized service models optimize service delivery. This makes it possible to support different types of clients, from small to larger organizations, more efficiently and increase profitability.
