reMarkable’s Paper Pro Move features an E-ink screen of just 7.3 inches.
The Norwegian company reMarkable has introduced its latest E-ink tablet, called the Paper Pro Move. Unlike the previous version, the company calls this its “most portable tablet to date”.
Digital Notepad
As befits a reMarkable tablet, the Paper Pro Move is designed solely for taking digital notes. This is done with the Marker or Marker Plus (with eraser), a stylus designed “to mimic the experience of pen on paper as realistically as possible”. The tablet measures just 19.56 cm x 10.78 x 0.65 cm and weighs 230 grams. For comparison: the original reMarkable Paper Pro is as large as an A4 sheet and weighs 525 grams.
Furthermore, the Move has a color screen that uses Gallery 3 technology, screen lighting, 64 GB storage, and a 2334 mAH battery. According to reMarkable, this battery lasts for two weeks. Additionally, the company states that the tablet charges to 90 percent in less than 45 minutes. It has a USB-C port and supports 2.3 GHz WiFi.
With or without Eraser
The cheapest version of the Paper Pro Move costs €479 incl. VAT. For that price, you get the Marker stylus, a USB-C cable, and six replacement tips. If you prefer the Marker Plus stylus with eraser, it costs €525 incl. VAT. The Paper Pro Move can be ordered on the reMarkable website and soon in other (online) stores.
