Lenovo introduces a new solution for hybrid work suitable for small meeting rooms and home offices.
Lenovo has announced the ThinkSmart One Pro at InfoComm 2025, an integrated meeting solution designed for small meeting rooms and home offices. The solution combines computing power, an AI-driven camera, and audio in one device, running on Windows 11 IoT Enterprise. The ThinkSmart One Pro will be available from the third quarter of 2025 for a starting price of $2,999 (version with USB controller) and $3,499 (combination with IP controller).
All-in-one collaboration tool with built-in computing power
The ThinkSmart One Pro is a meeting bar with a built-in Intel Core i5 processor and Intel vPro. The solution supports popular video conferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms. Thanks to its all-in-one design, the device can be wall-mounted and contains all the necessary technology for meetings: a camera with AI functions, stereo speakers, and eight microphones.
The camera uses AI for automatic framing and zoom, and can visually block background noise. The microphones cover a wide range and automatically adjust sound levels. The audio is enhanced with digital signal processing for echo and noise cancellation.
ThinkSmart ecosystem
For meeting management, users can choose between the ThinkSmart Controller or the Lenovo IP Controller. Both offer a 10.1-inch touchscreen with the Microsoft Teams Rooms interface. The IP Controller also supports HDMI connections on the table and PoE connectivity.

IT teams can manage the devices through ThinkSmart Manager, which comes pre-installed. This allows them to remotely configure, monitor, and update the entire fleet of devices. A premium license for ThinkSmart Manager is included for the first year.
The ThinkSmart One Pro will be available worldwide in the third quarter of 2025. The starting price is $2,999 for the version with USB controller and $3,499 for the combination with IP controller.
