Jabra is expanding its Evolve3 headset series with three new models, each aimed at different ways of working. This allows organizations to better align their headset choice with the needs of hybrid, office, and fixed workspaces.
Jabra announces three new headsets within the Evolve3 series: the Evolve3 65 Flex, Evolve3 65, and Evolve3 45. These devices are designed to offer organizations more flexibility when choosing the right headset for different workspaces and roles.
The models build on the existing Evolve3 75 and 85, which our editorial team recently reviewed. We spoke highly of the Evolve3 75’s voice quality, even without a fold-out microphone. It is therefore striking that Jabra has opted for a fold-out microphone again for two of these new models.
The prices for the Evolve3 45, 65, and 65 Flex are €199, €253, and €299 respectively, including VAT.
Evolve3 series
The three new models were developed with different user profiles in mind. The Evolve3 65 Flex is specifically designed for hybrid professionals who frequently switch between locations. This model features a compact, foldable design without a microphone boom and offers improved voice pickup, even outdoors. Adaptive ANC ensures that call quality is maintained on the go. During the testing period of the Jabra Evolve3 75, we noticed inconsistent results from the dynamic noise cancellation.

The Evolve3 65 targets employees working in busy, open-plan office environments. According to the brand, ambient noise is suppressed with Adaptive ANC and a triple microphone for voice pickup. This should promote focus and ensure the user’s voice always comes through clearly, even in noisy spaces.
For professionals who primarily work at a fixed workspace, there is the Evolve3 45. This lightweight on-ear headset emphasizes wearing comfort and simple operation, so that long calls at the desk do not cause listening fatigue. This makes the model suitable for those who make many calls at the office or at home.
Technological innovation
All three new headsets are equipped with Jabra ClearVoice technology and in-call ANC. The Sidetone feature works in conjunction with ANC, allowing users to hear themselves and adjust their speaking volume. This is particularly useful in busy environments or when working hybridly.

For IT management, the headsets offer secure Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity and central device management via Jabra Plus Management and Jabra Xpress. This allows organizations to easily organize large-scale deployment and management, facilitating the transition from older models.
Furthermore, Jabra is responding to the growing role of voice as input, including for AI applications such as speech-to-text and automatic meeting summaries.
