With the brand new ClickShare Hub, Barco takes the next step in the evolution of wireless meeting solutions. The Belgian technology producer thus responds to the increasing demand for simple, secure, and scalable meeting spaces in a hybrid work environment.
Since the launch of the original ClickShare in 2011, Barco has been known for its meeting solution with the famous “button”. With the new ClickShare Hub, the company now also enters the market of modular video conferencing systems. The solution integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Teams Rooms and builds on the ClickShare Conference that was introduced in 2020 and already allowed users to use their own video and audio hardware.
“ClickShare Hub is designed to simplify the lives of IT administrators,” it is stated during the launch session. The solution is fully built on Microsoft’s MDEP (Microsoft Devices Ecosystem Platform), which ensures automatic updates, native integration with management tools like InTune, and a high level of security.
IT teams can count on simplicity in deployment and management, while end users can get started immediately without training.
Two Models: ClickShare Hub Pro and Core
The ClickShare Hub is available in two models: ClickShare Hub Core and ClickShare Hub Pro. Both support wireless presentations in 4K resolution via the renewed ClickShare button. It now supports DisplayPort Alt Mode via USB-C, eliminating the need to install ClickShare software. The wireless system runs on Wi-Fi 6E, which reduces latency and enables 4K resolution.
The Pro variant offers additional features including support for two screens or an ultrawide screen. The Pro package also includes an extra ClickShare button and more connectivity in the Hub.

Both packages can optionally be equipped with a screen that allows you to start a meeting with one tap via Microsoft Teams Rooms. The connection to the Hub is made via a 10-meter USB-C cable that is included in the box.
Thanks to MDEP, the ClickShare Hub automatically receives future Microsoft features, which Barco will check and process into free quarterly feature updates. Microsoft pushes specific Teams updates directly to the Teams app running on an Android base.
Agnostic Platform
Barco also announces that it will offer bundles with partners that combine AV capabilities with ClickShare. For now, one such package with Sennheiser is ready, but it goes without saying that discussions are also ongoing with other parties such as Logi, Poly, or Jabra.
The set is of course also compatible with the Barco ClickShare Bar, a video bar with built-in audio that was launched last year.

ClickShare Hub is currently standardized on Microsoft Teams Rooms, but according to Barco, there is no exclusivity. In the future, other platforms such as Google Meet or Zoom may be added.
Price and availability
The Barco ClickShare Hub will be extensively tested by various parties over the next six months and will be commercially available from January 2026.
Different variants will be brought to market, each with or without a touch screen. The Barco ClickShare Hub Core with one button will cost 2,350 euros. If you want the screen and power supply included, the set costs 3,250 euros.
