iPhone 17
The iPhone 17 features a 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR display with ProMotion up to 120 Hz. Thanks to a higher peak brightness of 3000 nits, the screen remains easily readable outdoors. The device has a 48 MP Fusion main camera with 2x telephoto lens and a 48 MP Fusion ultra-wide camera.
Furthermore, the device features a new Center Stage front camera. The latter uses AI for automatic framing during video calls or selfies. Videos are recorded in 4K HDR, and thanks to dual recording, you can film simultaneously with the front and rear cameras.

The iPhone 17 runs on the A19 chip with improved graphics performance and support for on-device AI. Apple claims that the 6-core CPU is 1.5x faster than the A15 Bionic chip of iPhone 13, and the 5-core GPU is more than 2x faster than A15 Bionic.
Thanks to energy-saving features in iOS 26, the battery lasts up to 30 hours of video playback. The brand states that charging to 50 percent takes 20 minutes with an optional fast charger. The device is available with 256 GB or 512 GB storage and in five colors: black, lavender, mist blue, sage green and white.
iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max
The iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max are equipped with the A19 Pro chip. Both models use a vapor chamber cooling system in an aluminum unibody to dissipate heat. This keeps the device cooler during heavy tasks, such as gaming or AI processes. According to Apple, both the Pro and Pro Max charge to 50 percent in 20 minutes. The unibody provides space for a larger battery. “Thanks to the efficiency of the A19 Pro chip and the advanced energy management features of iOS 26, the iPhone 17 Pro Max’s battery lasts the longest of all iPhones,” Apple states.
The Pro models feature a camera system with three 48 MP Fusion lenses: a main camera, ultra-wide, and a new telephoto lens. The latter offers up to 8x optical zoom (200 mm). Digital zoom goes up to 40x. For video recordings, support is provided for 4K at 120 fps, Dolby Vision HDR, ProRes RAW, Log 2 and Genlock. This makes the devices suitable for professional productions.

The display is available in 6.3 and 6.9 inch sizes, depending on the model. Both the front and back are protected by Ceramic Shield 2. The new coating makes the glass three times more scratch-resistant than the previous generation. The iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max are available in three colors: deep blue, cosmic orange and silver.
All models run on iOS 26 by default, which includes new Apple Intelligence features such as local AI translation, improved visual recognition and new notification management tools. All iPhones also feature the N1 chip for support of WiFi 7, Bluetooth 6 and Thread.

The base model of the iPhone 17 with 256 GB comes in at 969 euros, the iPhone 17 Pro is available from 1,329 euros and the iPhone Pro Max comes in at 1,479 euros for the 256 GB base model. All prices include VAT.
The iPhone 17 series will be available for pre-order from Friday, September 12 and will be available in stores from Friday, September 19.
