D-Link introduces two new devices for mobile internet: a USB adapter with 4G and a 5G hotspot.
D-Link adds two new devices to its mobile internet product range: The DWM-222W adapter and the F518 mobile 5G hotspot. The compact USB adapter offers access to 4G LTE internet with download speeds up to 150 Mbps. The F518 mobile 5G hotspot supports download speeds up to 2.6 Gbit/s. Both products support Wi-Fi 6 and are designed for use on the go, at home, or in temporary locations. The devices are available now.
Mobile Internet via USB or 5g Hotspot
The DWM-222W is a compact USB adapter that provides access to 4G LTE internet with download speeds up to 150 Mbps. Users can connect up to eight devices via Wi-Fi 6 with a maximum speed of 286 Mbps. The adapter has a built-in SIM card slot, internal antennas, WPA3 security, and a firewall. Thanks to its plug-and-play installation, the device is aimed at people who need fast internet on the go, such as travelers, students, or remote workers.


The F518 is a mobile 5G hotspot that supports download speeds up to 2.6 Gbit/s. The device can handle sixteen simultaneous connections and is aimed at more demanding applications such as video streaming, online meetings, and gaming. The hotspot has a built-in 8,000 mAh battery that lasts up to sixteen hours. Other devices can also be charged via the USB-C port.
