HubSpot Gets 200 New Features with Focus on AI and Productivity

HubSpot gets 200 new features to help companies work more productively.

HubSpot has announced more than 200 new features for its platform. Most of the innovations are aimed at the simple application of artificial intelligence in sales, marketing, and support teams.

New Features for AI Support and Customer-Focused Work

The existing Breeze Agents have been expanded. These AI-driven assistants are integrated into the platform and process both structured and unstructured data.

The Customer Agent can now detect missing information in documentation, generate personalized answers, and communicate via channels such as WhatsApp and email. The Knowledge Base Agent automatically processes support tickets into articles, while the Prospecting Agent personalizes contact moments and conducts research independently. The Content Agent can now create content based on reference files, performance data, and internal links.

Three features have been added to Marketing Hub Enterprise: Lookalike Lists (to find similar contacts), Journey Automation (for building customer journeys with real-time analytics), and Multi-Account Management (for managing multiple accounts and shared assets).

New Workspaces for Better Collaboration

HubSpot is also launching three new Workspaces for sales, customer success, and help desk. These digital work environments gather relevant information and support collaboration.

The Sales Workspace includes features such as Predictive Deal Score and Guided Actions to steer sales activities more effectively. The Customer Success Workspace centralizes schedules, reports, and customer portfolios. The Help Desk Workspace gets tools like Ticket Splitting, Operating Hours, and a new API for integration with messaging services.

According to HubSpot, many Dutch marketers lose up to 40 percent of their time on manual tasks. The new features are intended to alleviate this time pressure and improve collaboration between teams. The new Marketing Hub Enterprise features are currently available in beta. The three AI-driven workspaces are now available to users.
