The assistant collaborates with existing systems such as CRM, email, and project management tools and can independently perform actions with human oversight. DeepL Agent was extensively tested with over 1,000 users and completed 20,000 tasks.

Customization Hub

In addition to the AI assistant, DeepL also makes the Customization Hub available. It collects language components such as glossaries and style guides in one system. According to the company, the tool helps maintain brand-specific language and reduce errors in translations. This aims to reduce the time spent on manual corrections.

The hub aims to support companies in their localization process by directly applying language rules during translation. This would improve consistency and shorten the turnaround time for translation projects. The solution primarily targets companies that work with large volumes of content in multiple languages.

Finally, DeepL adds 70 new languages, bringing the total to over 100 different languages.
