ChatGPT’s Advanced Voice Mode interrupts you less during conversations

The Advanced Voice Mode feature in ChatGPT now gives you more time to think during a conversation without interrupting you.

OpenAI has implemented improvements to the Advanced Voice Mode feature in ChatGPT. “The chatbot will interrupt you much less and adopt a more natural tone,” the company announced in a video on its social media channels. Free users will now be able to pause the chatbot, while paying users will get a smoother interaction.

Fewer Interruptions

“The model has a better personality, interrupts you much less, and has a more engaged and natural tone,” says Manuka Stratta, researcher at OpenAI’s post training team, in a video. Stratta demonstrates this based on a conversation with ChatGPT. This improvement should ensure that users have more time to think during the conversation without being interrupted by the chatbot.
