The Spanish e-invoicing platform B2Brouter joins Team.blue, which in turn expands its wide range of SaaS services across Europe.
European E-Invoicing
B2Brouter provides e-invoicing solutions that comply with European and national standards, including Peppol. The company supports more than twenty local invoicing requirements in countries such as Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Germany, and Italy. With a team of fifty employees, B2Brouter offers solutions to freelancers, SMEs, and larger companies. The service is scalable and can be integrated into existing workflows via APIs or white-label solutions.
Through the acquisition, B2Brouter gains access to team.blue’s extensive customer base, which counts more than 3.3 million customers in 22 European countries. Team.blue consists of a network of approximately 3,600 employees and offers a wide range of digital tools aimed at SMEs. B2Brouter is the newest member of the family, which also grew a week ago with an e-commerce platform from the Czech Republic.
Deadline Approaches
The acquisition comes at a time when Europe is rapidly evolving towards mandatory electronic invoicing. In Belgium, this obligation will already apply from January 1, 2026, for B2B transactions. The approaching deadline is causing headaches and cold sweats for many businesses. Team.blue is responding to this with the integration of B2Brouter, which has experience with digital compliance in various regulatory environments.
