Panenco and Inect are joining forces to expand the AI offering. Panenco offers support throughout the entire software cycle.

Panenco announces the acquisition of Inect, an ‘AI boutique’ based in Haasrode, Belgium. The acquisition is intended to strengthen AI expertise within Panenco and support growth plans towards 5 million euros in consolidated turnover. The entire Inect team will be integrated into its software studio.

With the acquisition of Inect, Panenco’s team grows to 40 employees. Inect was founded in 2021 and built a portfolio of projects in healthcare, education and logistics, among others. The company specializes in machine applications

The integration of Inect’s team and expertise should enable Panenco to structurally incorporate AI applications into software solutions for customers. The company remains focused on building digital products for both start-ups and larger companies.

The acquisition enables an expansion of the service offering. Panenco offers support throughout the entire software cycle, from idea to large-scale implementation. According to Panenco founder Egwin Avau, both companies share a similar work culture, with a focus on technical quality and customization.
