IT company NTX strengthens its position in data protection with the acquisition of Integri, a managed service provider. Integri’s expertise is being integrated into a new competence center within NTX.
The Belgian IT company NTX has announced the acquisition of Integri, a managed service provider from Temse focusing on security and infrastructure services. This acquisition is an important step in expanding the existing service portfolio.
“As with previous acquisitions, we ensure a smooth integration, both operationally and on a human level. This way, we create maximum synergy between both teams,” says Koen Vanlommel, CEO and Managing Director of NTX. “We are therefore very much looking forward to officially welcoming Integri into our organization.”
Technical expertise
The acquisition of Integri is the second since the merger that formed NTX in 2023. The company has offices in Geel, Kruibeke, Edegem, and Wuustwezel. Integri brings a team of experienced system engineers on board. They possess in-depth knowledge of data protection and infrastructure management. The new employees will play a central role in a newly established competence center within NTX. This is intended to develop into an internal center of expertise for data security.

NTX sees Integri as a complement to its existing service offerings. The company aims to further position itself as a partner in IT security and management. The acquisition not only brings technical expertise but also an existing client portfolio. NTX emphasizes the importance of shared values and vision in integrating Integri into its own operations.
Founders remain on board
The two founders of Integri, Kristof Poppe and Filip Van Cleemput, will remain with NTX. They will each take on a responsible role within the organization. According to NTX, this should ensure continuity and a smooth transition. The integration focuses on both operational collaboration and human connection between the two teams.
With Integri, we’re not only bringing in top-level knowledge, but also a strong market name. Together, we stand even stronger in securing data and IT environments.

With this step, NTX aims to further grow in the Belgian market for managed IT services. The company states that with Integri, it gains additional strength to support customers in securing their IT environment. The emphasis is on proactive collaboration and customized solutions.
