After Integri, IT company NTX now also acquires Datacore to expand its cloud solutions.
Two weeks ago, NTX announced the acquisition of Integri, with which the IT company aims to reinforce its position in data protection. With this second acquisition of Datacore, specialized in cloud services, NTX hopes to achieve the same goal but for cloud solutions.
First data protection, now cloud
“While with Integri we primarily wanted to expand our data protection solutions, with the arrival of Datacore we are elevating the capacity of cloud solutions to a higher level”, says Koen Vanlommel, CEO and Managing Director. “This allows us to take even bigger steps in offering targeted cloud solutions.”

The employees of Datacore will move to the NTX office in Kruibeke. Founder Bart Verhoeven becomes responsible for the Competence Center Public Cloud within NTX. His wife, Nadia Ivens, supports the integration process of Datacore within NTX.
“After previous successful acquisitions, we also expect a smooth integration this time,” concludes Vanlommel. “As always, we aim for maximum synergy between both teams. We look forward to officially welcoming Datacore to the NTX family.”
