Dynatrace and ServiceNow announce a multi-year partnership aimed at improving IT operations for joint business customers. By better aligning their platforms, they aim to enable organizations to identify problems faster, determine root causes, and automatically activate appropriate solutions.
Joining Forces
Dynatrace brings its expertise in deterministic and agentic AI for analyzing and solving problems in cloud and AI-native environments. ServiceNow complements this with AI agents and AIOps capabilities that automate IT service management and operational processes.

Mutual Use
In addition to technological integration, both companies will also use each other’s solutions within their own organizations. Dynatrace will implement ServiceNow for internal processes such as HR Service Delivery, Enterprise Service Management, and Asset Management. ServiceNow, in turn, will use Dynatrace to improve observability in its digital activities.
The insights that both companies gain from these internal applications will serve to further optimize their joint solutions.
