Samsung introduces Galaxy Book6 series with Intel Core Ultra Series 3 in Europe

Samsung is bringing its recently announced Galaxy Book6 series to Europe. The three laptops run on Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors.

At CES, Samsung launched the Galaxy Book6 Ultra, Galaxy Book6 Pro, and Galaxy Book6. Now, the Korean manufacturer has announced that the devices are coming to Europe. They succeed last year’s Galaxy Book5 series.

With the new series, Samsung Electronics is focusing on higher performance, longer battery life, and thinner designs. The devices all utilize chips from the Intel Core Ultra Series 3 range.

Galaxy Book6 Ultra

The Galaxy Book6 Ultra (16-inch) is aimed at demanding users and can be configured as a light workstation. The device is available with Intel Core Ultra X9, 9, X7, or 7 Series 3 processors. The laptop supports 16GB, 32GB, or 64GB of LPDDR5X RAM and offers SSD storage up to 2TB.

The 16-inch touchscreen features an AMOLED panel with a resolution of 2,880 x 1,800 pixels (WQXGA+) and a peak brightness of up to 1,000 nits in HDR. The refresh rate varies from 30 to 120 Hz.

For graphics tasks, the Ultra can be equipped with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 or 5070 Laptop GPU, alongside Intel Arc Graphics in certain configurations. The battery has a capacity of 80.20 Wh. Samsung promises up to 30 hours of video playback. Fast charging up to 63 percent in 30 minutes is possible with a 140W USB-C adapter.

Video conferencing does not seem to be Samsung’s priority for this device. The laptop only features a 2 MP (FHD) webcam.
