Oppo introduces the Reno15 smartphones with new camera technology, AI tools and fast charging functions.
Oppo introduces three new Reno 15 smartphones for: Reno 15 Pro 5G, Reno15 5G and Reno 15 F 5G. All three devices have an ultra-wide-angle selfie camera and powerful batteries.
Focus on creative tools
The Reno15 series introduces a 50MP ultra-wide-angle selfie camera with a 100-degree viewing angle. Oppo is focusing on group selfies, vlogs and travel content. The Reno15 Pro 5G and Reno15 5G also get a 50MP telephoto lens for portrait photography, while the Pro model also has a 200MP main camera. New AI functions such as Portrait Glow, Motion Photo Eraser and Popout should make post-processing easier.
Video and performance
The devices run on ColorOS 16 and use the Trinity Engine and Luminous Rendering Engine for smooth use. The Reno15 Pro 5G contains the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 platform with AI HyperBoost 2.0. The battery capacity is up to 6500 mAh, supplemented with 80W fast charging.
With Splash Touch technology, the screen remains usable in wet conditions. All models have IP66 to IP69 water and dust resistance. Furthermore, the Reno15 series offers AI tools such as AI Translate, AI Call Assistant and AI Mind Space, which support personal productivity.
The Reno15 series is available now. The Reno15 Pro 5G costs 799 euros, the Reno15 5G 599 euros and the Reno15 F 5G 399 euros. Each device is temporarily supplied with free accessories such as wireless earbuds and a fast charger.
