Logitech introduces a smart radar-based sensor to better understand meeting rooms, and a 65″ screen that creates a digital cocoon during video meetings.
Logitech is launching the Logitech Spot, a radar-based sensor that mounts in meeting rooms. This device offers companies greater insight into environmental conditions and energy consumption. Furthermore, Logitech is introducing the Rally Board 65, a 65″ screen with 4K image quality that uses smart AV features to create a digital cocoon for meetings in open spaces.
The Rally Board 65 will be available from May 2025 for 8,499 euros including VAT. For the Logitech Spot, we will have to wait until the second half of 2025.
Visibly invisible
The Logitech Spot is a radar-based sensor that helps companies manage workspaces efficiently. This device detects presence, tracks environmental conditions in workspaces and provides actionable insights to optimize energy consumption. This information is then transmitted to the Logitech Sync management portal where all data can be accessed.
“The Logitech Spot reveals how much people use rooms, the quality of the air they breathe and other environmental factors that affect energy consumption – and gives businesses the tools they need to address these hidden obstacles,” said Prakash Arunkundrum, Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of Logitech for Business.
The device is also easy to install. There is a choice of a wireless version with battery, or wired. With the “stick-and-ready” method, the wireless version is attached to the wall within seconds. Logitech Spot further integrates seamlessly with platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom Workplace Reservation.
All-in-one video conferencing
The Rally Board 65 is an interactive 65″ display for video conferencing in open workspaces or traditional meeting rooms. Based on AI technology, Rally Board 65 offers 4K image quality with smart AV features such as Depth Blur technology.
This combined with Camera Zone and Mic Zone creates a “digital cocoon for meetings in open spaces,” according to Henry Levak, VP of Product at Logitech for Business. “The Rally Board 65 uses 3D spatial mapping technology to focus on the meeting, and not on distractions outside the room,” Levak said.
In addition, the screen can be rotated 180 degrees so that the camera can be adjusted at eye level. Furthermore, the screen features the aforementioned Logitech Spot.
Logitech Rally Board 65 can be permanently mounted, or moved around different rooms using the Cart for Rally 65″. Furthermore, the display offers support for multiple meeting platforms. According to Logitech, minimal IT support is sufficient to install the device.
Availability
The Rally Board 65 will be available from May 2025 for 8,499 euros incl. VAT. The Cart for Rally Board 65″ can also be purchased separately for 3,299 euros incl. VAT. For the Logitech Spot, we will have to wait until the second half of 2025. The price will be announced later just before the launch.
