Jabra introduces Panacast 55 VBS as the heart of a new expandable room kit portfolio

At ISE 2026, Jabra is launching a scalable solution for medium-sized meeting rooms: the PanaCast Room Kits. The heart of this solution is the new PanaCast 55 video bar.

At ISE 2026 in Barcelona, Jabra is expanding its portfolio of meeting solutions with the scalable PanaCast Room Kits. These include various components to adequately equip a medium-sized meeting room for hybrid meetings.

New video bar

The PanaCast Room Kits are available in various scalable configurations, but are always built around the new PanaCast 55 VBS video bar. This joins the existing portfolio of PanaCast Video Bar systems, the PanaCast 50 of which was launched back in 2023. In 2025, the second generation of the series appeared.

The new video bar has a 180° camera lens on board, but can be expanded with additional cameras and microphones within the Room Kit concept.

Specifically for the latter, Jabra is showcasing the PanaCast SpeakerMic. This should pick up voices evenly in larger rooms and also offers meeting controls.

Different variants

The PanaCast Room Kits come in variants with one, three, or five cameras. This allows organizations to choose a setup per room and expand it later. According to Jabra, each kit works as an integrated system, so teams do not immediately have to place a complete multi-camera setup. The solution is based on Android.

Jabra links the room kits to multi-camera technology that the company describes as AI-driven and based on Huddly Crew. The cameras should be able to follow the active speaker and automatically switch between speaker and group images via so-called director modes.

Jabra focuses on plug-and-play, with the aim of installing multi-camera configurations without extensive configuration or programming.

Teams Rooms certification

Jabra announces that the solution is certified for Microsoft Teams Rooms via the Microsoft Device Ecosystem Platform (MDEP). The company further points to compatibility with platforms such as Zoom via existing collaborations, without further details on specific configurations.

Jabra expects the De PanaCast Room Kits to be available from the second quarter of 2026. Jabra is already sharing conditional prices, which may still vary per region. These are variable for the Room Kit, but the following price tags give an idea. The Jabra PanaCast 55 VBS costs 3,449 euros, the PanaCast SpeakerMic 549 euros, and the Jabra Cams start at 589 euros.
