In addition to a Zoom Rooms version, you can also get the all-in-one PC as a standalone PC with Windows 11 to work on a daily basis.
Under the title “HP Presence AiO Conferencing PC with Zoom Rooms,” the manufacturer is marketing an all-in-one PC that feels right at home in huddle rooms or other small meeting rooms. The PC runs an IoT version of Windows 11, making it immediately clear that this is not your everyday work PC.
HP puts a strong focus on the 5 megapixel webcam under the HP Presence banner. The high recording resolution allows an AI application to conveniently capture you as a participant in an optimal central view, even as you walk around. Furthermore, both devices include AI filters to suppress background noise and better pick up your voice. You can rotate the camera if needed.
Despite having the IoT version of Windows 11 pre-installed, the HP Presence AiO Conferencing PC gets powerful hardware on board. As a base, you’ll find a 12th-generation Intel Alder Lake chip (65-watt model), 256GB SSD and 16GB of RAM. As a screen, you can choose from a 24-inch Full HD model or a 27-inch Quad HD variant.
Optionally, instead of the standard camera, you can also equip the all-in-one with a 16 megapixel webcam (4 megapixels via pixel binning) for even better image quality.

HP EliteOne 800 G9
Have less need for a Zoom Rooms device and prefer to use the same PC as your daily device. Then you can turn to the HP EliteOne 800 G9. This is basically the same device as above, but with a full-fledged version of Windows 11. You can again choose between 24-inch (HP EliteOne 840) or 27-inch (HP EliteOne 870), with the latter also having a Full HD option to keep costs down.
On the inside, you can put together a considerably spicier configuration compared to the HP Presence AiO. The HP EliteOne 800 G9 supports up to 64 GB of RAM, up to 2 TB of SSD storage, and optional Nvidia GeForce RTX 350 Ti is also available. Once again, the 12th-generation Intel Alder Lake processors draw a presence.
Both the HP Presence AiO and the HP EliteOne 800 G9 series will be available in the US starting in May. HP will not announce official suggested retail prices until closer to the availability date.
Earlier this year, HP presented a lot of new devices at CES 2022. For example, it launched two new Dragonfly models including a variant with Chrome OS. All HP EliteBook laptops also received a refresh with the latest 12th generation Intel chips and also with the new AMD Ryzen 6000 chips.
