Asus is revamping its lineup of ExpertBook laptops for both SMEs and larger businesses. The manufacturer is also announcing new desktops, each equipped with the latest Intel processors.

Asus is launching several new laptops and desktops aimed at the business market at CES. Initially, the manufacturer is expanding its ExpertBook series based on the latest Intel processors from the newly beefed-up Core Ultra 200 family.

ExpertBook B

For larger businesses, the manufacturer has the ExpertBook B series. In it, the ExpertBook B3 and the ExpertBook B5 get an upgrade with the new CPUs. Asus is opting for Intel’s U and H processors. Those chips are a slight upgrade from last year’s models, but do not have an onboard NPU that meets Microsoft’s minimum requirements for Copilot+ functionality.

The devices have passed 21 MIL-STD-810H tests, so they should be rugged. They are available with different 16:10 screen sizes and resolutions, storage capacity of up to 1 TB and up to 32 GB of RAM.

The Asus ExpertCentre B900 is a business desktop configurable with up to a latest-generation Intel Core Ultra 9. The computer has up to 128 GB of RAM on board and can handle a 2 TB SSD.

ExpertBook P

Under the ExpertBook P family, Asus puts devices tailored to SMEs. The ExpertBook P3 falls under that. Asus reveals that it will be available in 14-inch and 16-inch variants, but otherwise shares few details about exactly what would set the laptop apart from the competition.

The ExpertCenter P400 is a new all-in-one available in 23.8 inches and 27 inches, each with an FHD panel. Then there is the ExpertCenter P500 Mini Tower: an entry-level desktop built around legacy Intel Core i7 CPUs and to be fitted with Nvidia GPUs up to the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060. There is no question of integrating the new Nvidia RTX 50 series.

Local pricing and availability of these new models are not yet known.
