Mendix and Amazon Web Services are expanding their already existing partnership. Three Mendix solutions promise to make the procurement and delivery process easier for customers of the AWS Marketplace and Mendix.
Mendix has expanded its partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Three low-code solutions are entering the AWS Marketplace for this purpose. They are the Mendix low-code platform, Intelligent Automation for Banking and Intelligent Automation for Insurance.
Pooling expertise
All three solutions are based on low-code principles, Mendix‘s field of expertise. Tools are provided to developers through the AWS Marketplace, in the form of templates, that are easy to apply to specific use cases.
These templates are complemented by smart services from AWS. Think, for example, of solutions to understand text and enable speech-to-text. “Together, we enable organizations to quickly build modern enterprise low-code application experiences that take advantage of smart automation. This allows them to achieve more in less time, lower their costs, satisfy customers and get more value from human capital,” said Tim Srock, CEO of Mendix.
Currently, the banking and insurance industries are benefiting from Mendix’s applications. The Intelligent Automation Solutions being added to the AWS Marketplace address the needs of those industries. Solutions for other sectors will follow later this year.
