Sennheiser is launching DeviceHub to the general public, albeit as a beta. The cloud platform allows organizations to centrally monitor and manage supported Sennheiser devices via a browser, with role-based access control.
At Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) 2026 in Barcelona, Sennheiser will make DeviceHub available to the general public. DeviceHub is a cloud-based platform that allows organizations to centrally manage and monitor Sennheiser devices. The platform runs on Microsoft Azure’s cloud infrastructure.
Beta but stable
The public beta supports the manufacturer’s TeamConnect Bar hardware at launch. “Beta in this context does not mean that the platform is insufficiently stable,” explains responsible product marketing manager Iain Horrocks during a demo. “DeviceHub has already been extensively tested in private beta. The label indicates that compatibility with our portfolio is not yet as extensive as we would ultimately like.”

Sennheiser will start working on that from now on. The company will expand the portfolio over the course of 2026. “You will eventually be able to manage all meeting room hardware that we sell today with DeviceHub,” adds Horrocks. The video bar is the starting point, but, for example, the Teamconnect Ceiling range, where microphones and speakers are mounted on the ceiling of a meeting room, will also be integrated.
Management on a global scale
Sennheiser has developed the cloud platform at the request of customers with a view to management on a larger (international) scale. Organizations can organize devices by room, building, campus or region. DeviceHub supports six hierarchical levels, so that administrators with a global portfolio under their wing can quickly navigate to one specific device in a specific room.

DeviceHub supports role-based access, so that users only see and can operate the parts that belong to their tasks. Access can be restricted to specific locations and systems. For example, a local administrator in Belgium would have access to the devices in two Belgian offices, while a global administrator in a head office in Germany can adjust all devices in branches around the world.
In addition to Cockpit
The DeviceHub platform can exist alongside Sennheiser Cockpit. Cockpit is a mature on-premises management suite that allows devices within one network to be managed. Worldwide management of different sites is not possible with this. Organizations that already use Cockpit can now also use DeviceHub if they wish.
Experimenting is free in any case. Horrocks: “DeviceHub does not have a paid license. We may develop certain functionality in the long term that fits into a premium license, but for the time being the intention is to offer DeviceHub to customers free of charge.”
