Rubrik has introduced Rubrik Agent Cloud, a new platform enabling organizations to centrally manage, monitor, and if necessary, correct AI agents. The solution aims to help companies deploy AI faster and more securely by gaining control over agent behavior and minimizing risks such as errors or unwanted actions. Rubrik Agent Cloud is currently accessible to a limited group of customers.
Management in one Dashboard
Rubrik Agent Cloud provides organizations with a central overview of all active AI agents within their infrastructure. The platform recognizes agents built with OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Amazon Bedrock, among others, and distinguishes between agents in infrastructure and platform services. Through a single dashboard, companies can track activities, measure performance, and apply policies to agent usage.

A notable feature is ‘Agent Rewind‘, which can reverse unwanted or harmful agent actions. According to Rubrik, this is the first solution that not only monitors but can actively intervene in agent behavior without data loss or downtime. The ability to maintain audit trails and integration with identity management helps support compliance with internal and external regulations.
Managing Risks
The deployment of AI agents is growing rapidly but comes with risks such as hallucinating output or exposure to cyber threats. With Agent Cloud, Rubrik aims to help companies manage these risks by providing control over which agents are used by whom, with what data, and for which tasks. Additionally, teams can enforce policies and prevent unauthorized access.
Rubrik Agent Cloud is currently available to a limited group of customers in an early access program. Further rollout will follow later.
