Microsoft Paint introduces a new feature in the Copilot menu for Windows Insiders, allowing you to convert images into different styles.

Microsoft Paint is getting a new feature for Windows Insiders. With the new AI-powered Restyle feature, you can transform the art style of images. Paint offers a pre-set list of styles for this. The update is now being rolled out to Windows Insiders in the Canary, Dev, and Beta channels on Windows 11.

Art Styles

“In the new update of Paint (version 11.2509.441.0), we are introducing Restyle, an AI feature that allows you to transform the art style of images on the canvas,” says Dave Grochocki, Principal Group Product Manager.

To use this feature, open Paint and select the Restyle option in the Copilot menu. A pre-set list of styles will then appear. Choose a style and click the Generate button. “Once the restyled images have been generated, you can click the Add to canvas button, copy them, or save them for later use,” Grochocki explains.

Restyle will be available on Snapdragon-powered Copilot+ PCs. To use Restyle, you must sign in with your Microsoft account.
