SAS launches benchmarking tool to measure genAI maturity

How does your company compare to industry peers in terms of generative AI? SAS launches an online benchmarking tool to measure GenAI maturity.

SAS has released an online benchmarking tool that allows organizations to measure their maturity in the field of generative AI. The tool helps companies compare their position with industry peers and provides recommendations for further steps. It is also based on an international survey of 1,600 decision-makers from various sectors.

Adoption and Strategy

The GenAI Maturity Assessment from SAS consists of a series of multiple-choice questions about data management, governance, and integration of generative AI. Based on the answers, the tool classifies organizations as ‘Observer’, ‘Explorer’, or ‘Leader’. This classification shows how an organization compares to other companies worldwide. The results are accompanied by a report with insights and concrete recommendations for a more structured approach to GenAI.
