The ransomware group Hunters International allegedly leaked information from the technology company Tata Technologies on its dark web website.

Tata Technologies, an Indian technology company, was hit by a ransomware attack last month. This forced the company to suspend some of its IT services. Now it appears that the ransomware group Hunters International has released sensitive information from the company on the dark web, according to TechCrunch. It is not yet clear whether this leaked information can be linked to the ransomware attack earlier this year.

Leaked Data

The leaked information, which is said to have been published on the dark web page of the Hunters International gang, contains personal information about some current and former employees at Tata Technologies. Additionally, the dataset is said to include confidential information about purchase orders and some contracts of the company.

According to the attackers, the dataset contains more than 730,000 documents including Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and PDF files. The leaked data is reportedly about 1.4 TB in size.
