Check Point launches Exposure Management solution that automatically detects, prioritizes, and addresses vulnerabilities through existing security systems.
Check Point introduces Exposure Management. This is a new solution that automatically maps, prioritizes, and mitigates vulnerabilities through existing security systems.
With the new Exposure Management solution, Check Point aims to help organizations respond faster to cyber threats. The tool collects and analyzes data on vulnerabilities, threats, and an organization’s attack surfaces. The system then automatically takes action through existing security tools to mitigate risks.
The solution consists of three integrated components. First, Check Point uses global threat intelligence to map the current threat landscape. The solution then detects an organization’s entire attack surface and assesses it based on contextual factors such as real exploitation opportunities and existing security measures. Finally, the tool performs automated security actions. This can include adjusting existing security settings or applying virtual patches.
Everyone welcome in the garden
The tool is designed to work with more than 75 security solutions from a wide range of vendors. These include solutions and tools related to network security, endpoint, cloud, mail, and identity, among others.
Through integration with existing tools, organizations can deploy the solution without drastically changing their infrastructure. According to Check Point, the approach fits within Gartner’s Continuous Threat Exposure Management framework, which focuses on continuous assessment of vulnerabilities in relation to current threats.

Check Point Launches Exposure Management: Automation with Integration
The company itself speaks of an Open Garden approach, where its own solutions work together with those of third parties. This approach is popular today. Many security solutions pride themselves on integrating with third-party components. It is striking that every security specialist has the ambition to offer the overarching platform. For example, WatchGuard recently launched its OpenMDR service, and Secutec launched a platform that bundles capabilities from fifteen vendors.
Something with AI
According to the security vendor, Check Point Exposure Management uses AI to enable automation on the back end. The solution can also stop “AI-driven attacks.” With that, the two letters are mentioned in this launch as well. Check Point Exposure Management is available immediately.
