Arctic Wolf introduces Aurora Mobile Threat Defense, an AI-driven solution designed to protect organizations against increasing mobile cyber threats.
Arctic Wolf is launching a new AI-driven security solution for mobile devices: Aurora Mobile Threat Defense. This technology analyzes the behavior of devices, networks, and applications, aiming to intervene more quickly and effectively when threats arise.
“Mobile devices provide direct access to sensitive corporate data, yet they remain one of the least secured attack surfaces,” said Dan Schiappa, President of Technology and Services at Arctic Wolf. “Aurora Mobile Threat Defense integrates mobile security into modern security processes, allowing organizations to secure their devices with peace of mind without losing sight of their employees’ privacy.”
Protection for mobile devices
Aurora Mobile Threat Defense specifically focuses on securing iOS and Android environments, featuring real-time detection of phishing, malware, and other threats at both the device and network levels. The solution automatically detects insecure networks and terminates the connection if a risk is identified. Malicious or non-compliant apps are also tracked, ensuring that sensitive corporate and personal data remains better protected.
The solution is platform-agnostic and designed with privacy in mind. Through privacy-friendly forensic techniques, security is combined with minimal data collection, ensuring that employee privacy is respected.
Improvements in threat intelligence
In addition to Aurora Mobile Threat Defense, Arctic Wolf is introducing enhancements to Threat Intelligence Plus. Organizations can now purchase threat intelligence as a standalone product, without the full Managed Detection and Response solution.
With Aurora Mobile Threat Defense and the accompanying improvements in threat intelligence, Arctic Wolf aims to give organizations more control over the growing mobile attack surface.
