Agentforce is now publicly available. It allows companies to build and customize AI agents.

Salesforce ‘s Agentforce platform is widely available and allows companies to support their employees with AI agents. Through the platform, they can build and customize them themselves. Salesforce introduced Agentforce back in September at the Dreamforce conference, which was almost entirely themed for the announcement.

Agentic AI is on the rise

The AI agents can connect to company data and independently perform actions in sales, service, marketing and e-commerce. Thus, they automate day-to-day tasks of employees. Salesforce, like many other companies, is joining the trend of Agentic AI.
