business hands handshake

Integrity360 confirms the acquisition of Brussels-based Cresco, expanding its presence in the Benelux region.

Integrity360 announces the acquisition of the Brussels-based cybersecurity company Cresco. With this acquisition, the company aims to expand its presence in the Benelux and continental Europe and add extra expertise in offensive security, consulting, and compliance. The terms of the deal have not yet been disclosed.

Cybersecurity company Cresco

Cresco was founded in 2020 and serves clients in Belgium and Luxembourg. The company operates from two Belgian offices and has more than thirty employees. It provides services to organizations in financial services, insurance, communications, healthcare, energy, and government, among others. Cresco focuses strongly on ethical hacking and offensive security. Its offerings include penetration testing, red teaming, and social engineering.

In addition to offensive services, Cresco also offers support in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance. This includes gap analyses and implementation processes for frameworks such as NIS2. Furthermore, the company organizes awareness and training, for example, through phishing simulations and training for internal IT teams. Cresco is also involved in regional initiatives such as BeHack, a Belgian community for ethical hacking.

Service Hub Benelux

Integrity360 aims to develop Cresco into a service hub for the Benelux. In the course of 2026, the group plans to open a Security Operations Center (SOC) in Brussels. This SOC should connect to Integrity360’s existing SOC operations, with locations in Dublin, Stockholm, Rome, Sofia, Madrid, Cape Town, and Johannesburg, among others. Through this infrastructure, the group provides 24/7 monitoring, incident response, and forensic investigation, as well as services such as EDR, XDR, and MDR.
